If you are going to spend a few months in Dénia either for work or leisure, this is an apartment.
Price for stays of 3 months or longer. (€690/month). For shorter stays, contact us and we will give you a price. What does the price include? A set of towels and sheets, cost of electricity and water; and parking in the same urbanization. No extra payment for these concepts.
Duplex apartment with two options: 1- two bedrooms with two single beds each, 2- a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Also sofa bed in the living room. Maximum capacity for 6 people.
Kitchen with breakfast bar with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils.
Toilet and full bathroom with shower.
It has air conditioning/heat pump.
Apartment in urbanization with community pool and garden and parking area inside.
